FAQs

It means that THC is entirely derived from hemp plants only. Hemp is a cannabis plant that contains not more than 0.3 % Delta 9-THC. Marijuana or any other cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3% THC is not considered a “Hemp-Derived Product''.

Miri Edibles manufacture and distribute Hemp-Derived THC edibles only, containing less than <0.3% THC, and therefore, safe to consume.

Currently, we DO NOT ship THC products to the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Vermont.

Our CBD product is available in all 50 states.

You can travel to any state in the US with our edibles:

According to SEC. 10114. SUBTITLEINTERSTATE COMMERCE. In SUBTITLE G of the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill: (a) RULE OF CONSTRUCTION.—Nothing in this title or an amendment made by this title prohibits the interstate commerce of hemp (as defined in section 297A of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (as added by section 10113)) or hemp products. (b) TRANSPORTATION OF HEMP AND HEMP PRODUCTS.—No State or Indian Tribe shall prohibit the transportation or shipment of hemp or hemp products produced in accordance with subtitle G of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (as added by section 10113) through the State or the territory of the Indian Tribe, as applicable.

In each shipment of edibles comes a letter from the federal government stating that our product is legal to possess, use, and distribute. It reads:

"Notice to Law Enforcement Authorities

This package contains industrial hemp products grown and produced in accordance with the Agricultural Act of 2014, section 7606, and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. While the products may look like marijuana/cannabis, they are not. "Industrial Hemp" as defined by Section 7606(b)(2) in the Agricultural Act of 2014, "means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis." As such, any "industrial hemp" products are exempt from the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C 801 et seq.) and are perfectly legal to possess, use, and distribute. Any state law to the contrary is preempted pursuant to the Full Faith and Credit Clause and the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution, Article VI, Sections 1 and 2."

We can match the standards of regular THC edibles because we start with hemp plants that test under a 0.3% THC content. From there, we use unique manufacturing processes where we can concentrate the hemp-derived cannabinoids into our edibles. Even though our hemp products start differently from well-known THC products, our outcome is the same. However, dosing is different for every individual, as there are many factors that affect the absorbtion of cannabinoids. If you want to look at our lab results, please read the ‘Certificate of Analysis’ under any of our products.

Delta 8-Tetrahydrocannabinol is a psychoactive substance derived from the Cannabis Sativa plant. It’s a naturally produced cannabinoid that helps ease pain, reduce anxiety and boost appetite. It is a great stress reliever that also enhances attention and sleep patterns.

Delta 9 Tetrahydrocannabinol is a primary cannabinoid found in high concentrations in cannabis plants. It is the major psychoactive component of marijuana, causing calmness, mild euphoria, and sedation. These benefits can help a person feel relaxed and enjoy better sleep.

It is not a naturally produced cannabinoid. That means it is not derived from hemp plants like other cannabis compounds, like CBD, Delta 8 or 9 THC, and CBN.

If we compare the potency of both these cannabinoids, Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol is more potent and occurs naturally in the cannabis plant. It is easy to extract. Perhaps, this is the reason why it’s more commonly smoked. On the other hand, Delta-8-THC is less potent and produced in much lesser quantities. So, it is often processed from a concentrate and available to consume in the form of edibles such as gummies.

Both are prominent cannabinoids found naturally in cannabis plants. They are produced by both hemp and cannabis plants. But, CBD is more often derived from hemp plants to avoid adding an excess amount of THC. While on the other hand, THC is more often derived from marijuana. CBD derived from marijuana may have higher amounts of THC that may not be ideal for some people.

THC-O is considered more potent than other THC-containing cannabinoids like THC itself, Delta 8, or Delta 9. It is three times more powerful than delta 8 and 9 THC. It is usually promoted as having more psychedelic high effects than other substances.
